We’re looking forward to welcoming many of you this weekend at the Midnight Market. Please review the following important updates for our guests.

Just added! Two new early bird shuttle times 🐦 🚌

We noticed high guest demand for early arrival to the event, so we’ve added two new “early bird” shuttle pickup times for those of you who aren’t usually night owls.

The new shuttle schedule with the early bird times is posted near the top of the Midnight Market Guest Portal.

Want to adjust your reservation to ride an early bird shuttle? Message the host at contact@thebowernh.com, and we’ll update your reservation.

Minor adjustment to return shuttle times for guests who registered on or before 9/20

We’ve recently adjusted the return shuttle schedule (shuttles departing from The Midnight Market to Bethlehem Elementary School) to allow more time for guest loading/unloading. This change does not affect pickup times from Bethlehem Elementary. However, for guests who registered on or before September 20th, you’ve been automatically rebooked on the return shuttle that is now 20 minutes later than your originally requested time. (For example, if you were scheduled for the 9:00 PM return shuttle, you have been automatically rebooked on the 9:20 PM return shuttle.) Refer to your confirmation email to see what your originally requested return time was.

Any guest who wishes to change their return time to ride an earlier return shuttle can do so by emailing contact@thebowernh.com or by requesting a change at the welcome station upon arrival at The Bower. We apologize for any confusion this causes—the schedule change was based on driver feedback to ensure loading/unloading won’t be rushed.

Current weather forecast

We’re closely following the weather forecast for this weekend, and currently we’re anticipating good conditions for our outdoor event. However, the weather in the White Mountains of New England is notoriously changeable, so come prepared for variable conditions. Currently, we’re anticipating late afternoon temperatures in the low 60s, dropping into the 40s as we approach the midnight hour. Come dressed in warm layers, hats, gloves, and sensible shoes. We’re not currently anticipating rain, but it’s worth packing a water-repellent layer just in case.

There is a “borrow station” at the welcome area with rain ponchos and thermal blankets in case you need additional protection from weather after you arrive.

Last-minute guests

We know many of you are waiting until the last minute to RSVP (here’s looking at you, Dad!). To help accommodate the procrastinators among us, we’ve added a standby rider process to help ensure as many people have a chance to attend the event as possible.
