If you received an approved vendor invitation from The Bower for the Midnight Market, you can complete your vendor registration here.
Please note that all vendors must submit the required commercial insurance documentation described on the registration form no later than September 16.
Vendor instructions and FAQs
I have an urgent question—help!
For urgent questions leading up to the event or during the event, please call or text the Host at (603) 869-7603, or look for a staff member or volunteer near The Bower’s booth at the market welcome area. We’ll be wearing tee shirts with The Bower logo.
What’s the current Midnight Market vendor roster and schedule?
The current Midnight Market vendor roster, load-in/load-out schedule, parking assignments, and campsite assignments can be viewed on the Vendor Schedule spreadsheet, which the Host will keep updated as the event approaches.
Please take a look at this spreadsheet to ensure all entries reflect your current plans. Due to our narrow access road and limited onsite parking, it’s essential that all vendors follow their assigned load-in/load-out, parking, and camping times and locations.
If you need to make changes, please message the host ASAP so we can ensure a smooth event experience for everyone.
What else is going on the weekend of the Midnight Market?
Please refer to the Midnight Market Guest Portal for a full list of activities occurring at the market and in the surrounding Bethlehem/Littleton/Whitefield area before, during, and after the event.
Where is the Midnight Market vendor area?
The Midnight Market vendor area is accessed via a private single-lane unpaved driveway that begins at the intersection of Tellman Lane and Gould Road in Whitefield, NH. Enter GPS coordinates 44.327057, -71.629228 into your navigation app to find this intersection. Once you turn onto Tellman Lane, drive approximately 0.8 miles—past the Tellman Hill Farm farm stand and several fields—until you see The Bower welcome sign area. Load-in and parking signs will be posted at the welcome area directing you to your load-in spot.

For fire safety reasons, only approved vendor vehicles and the guest shuttle are allowed to use the Lane during the load-in and load-out times, and during the event itself.
May I bring guests with me to the Midnight Market?
Vendors are welcome to bring additional guests with them to the Midnight Market, but all non-vendor guests must register using the guest registration form. In addition—and this is important—all guests accompanying a vendor must arrive and depart in the vendor’s vehicle, because there is no onsite parking for guests.
When should I arrive?
Plan to arrive at The Bower no later than the start of your requested load-in timeslot. Refer to the Vendor Schedule spreadsheet for your load-in time, which should reflect what you requested when you completed the vendor registration form. If you need to change your load-in time, please contact the host. It is very important that you arrive during your assigned timeslot, to ensure there is adequate room for vendor vehicles to maneuver in the market area.
Where will my booth be?
We will post clear signage at the vendor booth area indicating each booth block (A, B, C, etc.). Booth block assignments are listed in the Vendor Schedule spreadsheet and may change in the days leading up to the event based on vendor request or adjustments to the vendor roster. If you need help locating your vendor booth block once you arrive, please message the host at (603) 869-7603 or speak to an onsite staff member or volunteer—look for folks wearing The Bower tee shirts.
Where are the bathrooms?
There is one portapotty reserved for vendor use at the vendor market area, and an additional three portapotties available for guest and vendor use near the parking area.
Where should I park?
If you are camping, please park at your assigned campsite once you’ve finished your booth load-in and setup. A campsite map with directions will be posted in The Bower’s welcome booth area when you arrive. Each campsite has lettered signage to help you confirm you’re in the right spot before you set up camp.
If you’re not camping and you requested onsite parking, refer to the parking block listed in your row on the Vendor Schedule spreadsheet. If an onsite parking spot has been assigned to you, you’ll see a letter (G, H, etc.) indicating your parking area. Please park in your assigned parking block once you have finished your booth load-in and setup.
If you are parking in the Main Street Bethlehem district and riding the shuttle to and from the event, you may park in any public parking area in Bethlehem within walking distance of the shuttle stop.
If you would like to request an onsite parking spot, you may include that request in your vendor registration form. The Host will update the Vendor Schedule spreadsheet if there is an available onsite parking space for you.
May I camp at the event?
If you requested to camp at the event when you submitted your vendor registration, you’ll receive an email from The Bower confirming whether we have space reserved for you.
If you’ve been approved to camp, you’ll receive directions to your campsite once you’ve completed your booth load-in at the event. Vendors camping will be distributed across various sites adjacent to the event area, within walking distance of the event. We will attempt to give vendors as much privacy as possible at their campsites, but in some cases we may need to double up vendors at a campsite to ensure sufficient room for everyone.
What facilities and amenities are available to vendors camping at The Bower for this event?
The Bower is a primitive campground area surrounded by conservation forest and trails. Normally, we have only two campsites available, but for this event we are modifying the layout of the campground to accommodate a group of vendors camping together for the weekend.
Campsites: We are distributing the campsites for vendors across a meadow area adjacent to our farmhouse and orchard. We will place campers with larger rigs and RVs in the most accessible and flattest sites nearest the driveway. Campers with 4WD/all-wheel-drive capabilities may be placed in more private spots farther from the driveway.
Drinking water: Campers may refill potable water from the camper self-check-in station located at the farmhouse, using the indoor sink or outdoor hose.
Toilets: Campers will have shared access to the portapotties near the event venue (a short walk away from the camping area).
Campfires: To minimize fire danger during this large event with campers distributed throughout the woodland and meadows, the only campfire permitted during the Midnight Market weekend will be the campfire built and managed by the Host and Host staff at the center of the market area. Please come and join us at the campfire in the market if you’d like to enjoy time by the fire. Otherwise, vendors who are camping may not ignite fires of any kind in any location, except for propane camp cookstoves.
Showers: With Host permission, campers may borrow the off-grid camp shower kit from the self-check-in station. The off-grid camp shower kit includes a portable, rechargeable Flextailgear Max showerhead with clean water bucket. You can use the shower wherever you prefer: at your campsite, in the woods, or in the privacy shelter beside our barn. To use the shower, simply drop the shower pump into a 5-gallon bucket of clean water and use the spray handle. You can fill buckets of hot water at the check-in station to use for your shower.
Trash collection: We have no garbage collection or disposal facilities on-site for trash or human solid waste, so campers must pack out all trash upon departure and utilize the portapotties for solid human waste.
Power: Those needing access to 120V power to recharge cell phone batteries can ask the Host for access to the power outlets in the event venue or in the self-check-in area at the farmhouse.
Wifi: Host is offering a Starlink mobile WiFi connection point to vendors during the event to ensure vendors can successfully process online payments. Vendors who are camping are also welcome to use this WiFi outside of event hours. Please be courteous to others using this shared WiFi resource and minimize large data downloads or uploads during your visit.

What’s the deal with lighting during this nighttime event?
The Midnight Market pop-up market area is located in a meadow surrounded by over 900 acres of conservation forest land. We are in a rural dark sky area with virtually no artificial outdoor lighting within a mile of the market, apart from the lights we display ourselves during the event.
The vendor market will be the only area of The Bower with electric lighting turned on during the evening, so those walking the trail can enjoy the natural darkness of the forest. The full moon will be the only source of natural light in the forest. Guests and vendors walking the forest trails with our guides will receive hand-held red and white LEDs to use in case of extremely dark conditions or emergencies.
Both evenings of the event, moonrise will begin at approximately 6:15pm, sunset will take place around 6:30pm, and twilight will fade into darkness around 8:15pm.
What lighting should I use in my booth?
Please review all the lighting guidelines below as you prepare for the event:
We encourage vendors to use battery-powered LED string lights and wireless lighting to decorate and illuminate their booth areas. An example simple, low-cost, and effective option for lighting a 10x10 booth is to clip 1 or 2 strings of rechargeable LED string lights to the bottom edge of your tent canopy. (One example product we’ve used successfully for this purpose is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C68DRR9P, but feel free to choose products of your choice).
Please plan to use non-blinking/non-flashing warm white lights as the dominant lighting for your booth. This will create a consistent aesthetic for the market and minimize eyestrain for visitors in dark conditions.
You’re welcome to selectively add non-flashing colored lighting to your baseline lighting to complement your booth’s products, if you wish. You’re also welcome to incorporate LED fairy lights, LED candles, glowing items, etc. into your booth display.
Please do NOT use open flame candles or open flames of any kind during the event. For fire safety reasons, the only fire permitted at the event will be in our monitored fire ring at the center of the market area, away from the booths. If you have questions about permitted uses of fire during the event (incense, etc.), please contact the Host so we can discuss beforehand.
Make sure that all your LED lights are fully charged or have fresh batteries before the start of the event.
No generators are permitted at the event, to maximize visitors’ ability to hear the natural nighttime sounds of the forest.
How can I recharge my batteries?
There is 120V power available at the hunting cabin beside The Bower’s welcome booth. If you haven’t already requested access to the recharge station during your vendor registration process, you can message the Host to get access to an electrical outlet before, during, and after the event.
How do I connect to the internet during the market for processing payments?
Most of The Bower’s visitors experience solid cell phone service in the meadow where the market will take place. However, we’re also providing Starlink Wifi access to vendors during the event to ensure you can process payments while attending. The Wifi network name and password will be posted in The Bower welcome booth area.
Where can I get a bite to eat during the event?
Vendors and guests who would like to enjoy a full meal before attending the event are encouraged to dine in or take out from town in Bethlehem or nearby Littleton. Check out the Midnight Market Guest Portal for dining recommendations.
“Trail provisions”-style packaged snacks and canned/bottled beverages will be available for purchase at the Midnight Market welcome area throughout the event, along with a free drinking water station.
May I walk the forest therapy trails?
Vendors are welcome to walk the forest therapy trails before the event using the self-guided trail map. Paid activities led by ANFT-certified forest therapy guides will be taking place throughout the event, so if you have someone with you to attend your booth, you’re welcome to step away for a guided forest therapy activity during the event.
